We all make mistakes when we order via the internet. We are quite happy to take back items under most circumstances. Customers wishing to return goods for what ever reason should contact us by phone - 01473 829617. Alternatively, please email with your complaint but tell us your telephone number and when you will be available to take a call so that we can talk to you about your return. We will happily refund if the wrong item has been sent or if they have been damaged in the post. Please contact us within 48 hours of receving the goods. Otherwise refunds will be on an individual basis depending on the reason for the complaint.
